Rick brings over 17 years of experience in the building and construction industry, specializing in scheduling and estimating for both residential and commercial projects.
He began his career in 2004 with one of Australia’s top home builders, where he honed his skills in estimating and scheduling.
Initially specializing in providing brick counts for builders, the company soon expanded its services to include comprehensive bill of quantities. Since 2017, Rick has redirected his efforts toward delivering complete building estimation solutions through OZ Estimate Solutions. This service empowers builders across Australia with accurate and dependable cost estimates. With a proven track record, Rick has successfully estimated construction costs exceeding $3.02 billion over the past four years, playing a key role in securing numerous successful tenders and projects.
